Three interesting-looking anime trailers popped up on my radar today, so I figured I’d lump them all into one post.
Coming in April is Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet. which seems to be a space opera with some robots in it:
Also in April is Sunrise’s Valvrave the Liberator, which looks very much like Sunrise’s other mecha output, and even has the same story composer as Code Geass:
The most vague, but most intriguing trailer, however, is for Hiroyuki Imaishi’s Trigger, essentially just saying “these guys gave you Panty & Stocking and Gurren Lagann, now there’s something else coming in May.” Imaishi has done no wrong in my book, but I wonder how he’ll fair without Gainax to back him up (if Dead Leaves is any indication, just fine).
