Red Tears (AKA Monster Killer) is a police procedural where the answer to whodunit, revealed about halfway in, is vampires. Martial arts legend Yasuaki Kurata plays a gruff old cop, and gets to kick more bloodsucking butt than he was able to in Blood: The Last Vampire.
